Got cabin fever! You don’t need to be a skier or snowboarder to enjoy getting out in the winter. My favorite part of winter is bundling up in plenty of warm layers and heading outside to take in the beauty of what a Capital Region New York winter has to offer.

Snow tubing The great thing about snow tubing is that it doesn’t require a lot of expensive equipment like skying and snowboarding do. It’s also not an all day commitment. All you need is a few hours and you can have a really enjoyable break to your day while getting some fresh air while enjoying the mountain views. Here’s a list of some of my local favorites.
